Joel
Waage (Light Design, Stage Manager)
has not turned in a bio and thus is an evil man. I'm sure he's done things,
impressive things, but you'll never know. He's a cool guy, I know that much
and he designs some bitchin' lights. So, be ready to look at that light design,
with all its flashing, etc. and say, "wow, what a bitchin' light design, James
was right." Cause that's who wrote this, James.
Tyler
Rhoades (Phil Kunin) - Tyler wrote
a bio, but it has been deemed unfit by the powers that be. Which is no surprise
because Tyler Rhoades is a loose cannon. A man with no respect for anything
and who often needs to be restrained. He's like a feisty wolverine, like a fesity
wolverine missing one eye, like a feisty wolverine missing one eye and with
rabies and a peg leg. Don't be concerned about the show though, during performances
he will be heavily sedated and probably tied to a chair.
Benjamin
Schrader (Kenny Brewster) is ecstatic
to be involved in the first theatrical venture with Fuzzy Bunnies Ink. Previous
credits include Pippin (Leading Player), The Wiz (The Wiz), Hello
Dolly (Cornelius), Joseph..., Cabaret (Emcee), Fiddler
on the Roof, Born Yesterday, The Diary of Anne Frank (Peter
U.S.) at Village Theatre, and other regional productions. Benjamin is a student
at Cornish College where he is pursuing a BFA in performing arts.
Tim Symons
(Music Director) is thrilled to be collaborating with James DuRuz again on
their second adventure together, after music directing Pippin with
the Village Theatre last summer. His music directing credits include Godspell
and Annie with The Squawk Valley Players, The Wiz with Village
Theatre, and The Secret Garden with Issaquah Summerstock. Tim has played
keyboards in the pit for The Wizard of Oz, Village Theatre's Holiday
Extravaganza (1998 and 1999), Little Shop of Horrors, Eleanor,
Babes in Arms and, most recently, PETS! He also wrote and performed
original underscoring for the Squawk Valley Players production of The Yellow
Boat. Currently, Tim is music directing Godspell at Orcas Island
High School, and will be playing keyboards for Village Theatre's production
of Grease. He is currently in the process of writing the show Watching
Over Myself with writing partner Richard Buckley.
James
DuRuz (Director, Ted Klausterman)
is a Theater Studies major at Yale University where he also studies voice, dance
and guitar. As an actor, he was most recently seen as Niels Bohr in Copenhagen
and Mike Stabinsky in As Bees in Honey Drown. You may remember him from
King 5 TV's Watch This! for which he recieved an Emmy nomination. His
directing and choreography credits include Pippin at the Village Theater
where he had the pleasure of working with all of the people you see here, they're
neat-o.
Ashley
Christine Ellsworth
(Set Designer, Assistant Stage Manager) is often called the sexiest, toughest,
and most talented Theatre chick at Western Washington University, (Ok, so maybe
she calls herself that, but that doesn't mean it is not true.) is happy to say
that so far, she is the only female working on 3 Guys. She is even happier
to say that the three guys are naked from the waist down, which will add extra-bonus
pleasure to the job. She began this long voyage toward her passion at Skyline
High School, where she not only was able to develop her technical theatre skills,
but learned the art of being "assertive" in order to stage manage with the best
of them. She now holds the mighty title of the head carpenter at WWU, where
she has her hand in building the sets for not only the One Acts, but
for every production on campus. In her spare time she teaches classes in the
department for young college students to learn how to nail and screw in order
to get the job done. After this summer full of 3 Guy fun she will be
off to England attending the University of Hull, where she will study production
and technical theatre.
